01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to done66. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and done66 ("done66", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the done66 online gaming platform available at done66.org and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing the done66 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the done66 platform.

done66 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the done66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of done66, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a done66 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

done66 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false or misleading information regarding your age, identity, or jurisdiction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on done66 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your done66 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. Notify done66 promptly of any changes via [email protected].
• Choose a secure password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

Identity Verification (KYC): done66 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid national identity card (CNIC/NICOP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

done66 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR.

Accepted Payment Methods: done66 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank bank transfer

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your done66 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. done66 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which done66 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your done66 account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may be updated from time to time; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 5 business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider timelines.
• done66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

done66 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: done66 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets, exploiting promotional terms, coordinating with other players, or using multiple accounts.

done66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and are subject to geographic restrictions where applicable.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on done66 — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, slot games, and cricket and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within the platform, in addition to these general Terms.

• Certified RNG: All non-live gaming outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). done66 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available on request.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and binding only once you receive a confirmation notification from done66. Bets that have not been confirmed due to connectivity issues or technical errors are not valid.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, done66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within each game and may be updated without prior notice.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket Board events, ICC for international matches). done66's decision in respect of settlement is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on done66 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on done66, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an advantage on the done66 platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in done66 software for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to done66 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating in any game or betting market on done66.
• Using done66 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after using deposited funds on the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your done66 account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating a syndicate using a done66 account.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

done66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• done66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player requests self-exclusion under done66's Responsible Gaming programme.
• done66 is required to do so by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon account closure for cause, done66 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms is established, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from done66. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account is suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the done66 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, audio, and video, is the proprietary intellectual property of done66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the done66 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the done66 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any done66 software.
• Use done66 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on done66 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of done66 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, done66 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the done66 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or KYC verifications.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the done66 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

done66's aggregate liability to any player, in respect of any claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their done66 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

done66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering a done66 account, you consent to done66 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

done66 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for platform operations (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

done66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, done66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on the done66 platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of done66 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the done66 platform and request account closure via [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which done66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in the English language, which shall be the governing language for all purposes. Any translations are provided for convenience only and shall not be binding.
